A note from Master Q, Please don’t be afraid to come in and check out the class. You need to take the first step to coming and train for free. As soon I fill my free spots I won’t be able to offer this again until I free some more spots. The Class is open is up to you to coming. There classes in other dojos in Western Ny will cost you over $100 a month. Here is FREE.

Do I need uniform?

YES, you can buy your uniform or I get one for a school price… Note: You could  train without uniform until you buy one. For other discipline you don’t need uniforms. You don’t need to join the tae kwon do class. You can take the self defense classes.

Are classes really FREE?

YES..no contract, nothing, FREE all FREE…

If this class for adults?

Yes…. 6 to 200 years old,,,

Would I be able to compete?

Yes… usually in 6 months. if you want to, not necessary.

What classes you teach?

We teach, Tae kwon Do, ji pang do (cane self Defense), Kick Boxing, Boxing, Ground Fighting mostly self defense, Wing Chun self Defense, kids boot camp and games. We rotate classes every weekend so you will learn something different. Kids will learn Tae Kwon Do.

Are there any traveling?

Yes, when you get better and want to compete we will travel to different s states. We travel to Florida, NY, NJ, Ohio, PA, VA and so on. We buy travel packages and you save lots of money when you buy in group. This is only for competition and is not required to train for the free class.
